What types of tickets are available?

Flights are priced by duration. Available options are 12, 15, 17 and 25 minute flights. The longer flights will include more sights.
Can tickets be refunded or changed?

Tickets are fully refundable 7 days or more prior to the flight, and 50% refundable 4 days or more prior to the flight. No Refunds can be provided for cancellations within 3 days of the booked flight.
Flights can be rescheduled up to 24 hours free of charge.
Do I need any special preparations before my flight?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes. Sunglasses are advisable for daytime flights. Otherwise, just bring your excitement and camera to capture the views!
Is there a weight limit?

The weight limit per individual seat is 110kg. Customers weighing more will have to purchase an additional seat. We cannot accommodate customers requiring seat belt extensions.
Are there Age restrictions?

Children 2 years old or younger are not allowed to fly.
What can I take on board?

You are allowed to bring and use smartphones, amateur video and photo cameras during the flight.
Professional cameras (lenses 400mm and larger), selfie sticks, and tablets are prohibited.
It is forbidden to bring water and food on board the helicopter.
The administration reserves the right to prohibit bringing aboard objects that will be considered dangerous or cause discomfort to other passengers during the flight.
Lockers will be provided for the duration of the flight.
Can people of determination fly?

Yes! As long as passenger can sit in the seat in a regular seated position, then they are welcome to fly.
Is Photography allowed?

Guests are welcome to take photos once the flight has begun, but photos are not allowed prior to boarding the aircraft.

All guests must:
Arrive 45 minutes before flight time.
Carry original passport or Emirates ID.
Be sober and well behaved.
Have a weight of less than 110 kg on sharing flights OR pay for 2 seats.
Be 2 years or older and if below 12 accompanied by a guardian.
Not pregnant above 32 weeks.
Have a combined weght of less than 450kg on private flights.
Not carry any prohibited items such as explosives, weapons, hazardous material, flammable liquids, food or beverages.
Failure to comply with any one of the above will lead to a cancellation of the flight without a refund or reschedule.
